Acceptable Use and AI Safety Policy

Overview
This policy protects Cutform, our users, rightsholders, social platforms, and the people who may appear in uploaded, generated, exported, or published content.
You are responsible for all content you upload, import, process, generate, export, schedule, publish, or share through Cutform, including content created by workspace members or contractors.
Rights, Consents, and Source Content
You may only use Cutform with content you own or are authorized to use. This includes rights to upload, import, transcribe, clip, caption, reframe, edit, transform, export, publish, monetize, and share the content.
You must have appropriate permissions for people whose name, image, likeness, voice, performance, brand, logo, property, private information, or other identifiable attributes appear in your content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Cutform to create, process, export, publish, or distribute content or activity that:
- violates law, regulation, court order, contract, platform rule, or third-party right;
- infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, or contractual rights;
- contains sexual exploitation, abuse, or unsafe content involving minors;
- promotes hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, or targeted abuse;
- impersonates others, fabricates endorsements, creates misleading synthetic media, or misrepresents affiliation, consent, or authority;
- spreads spam, scams, phishing, malware, fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic activity, or platform manipulation;
- evades safety, moderation, access, billing, quota, or technical restrictions.
AI and Synthetic Media
You must review AI outputs before using or publishing them. You may not use Cutform to create deceptive deepfakes, fake testimonials, fake reviews, false endorsements, misleading political or civic content, or synthetic media that violates law or platform policies.
Cutform may restrict, remove, or refuse to process content that creates legal, safety, rights, platform, security, or reputational risk.
Social Platforms
When using Cutform to connect, schedule, upload, or publish to social platforms, you must comply with each platform's terms, API policies, content rules, automation rules, advertising rules, monetization rules, and community standards.
Cutform is not responsible for moderation decisions, takedowns, demonetization, reach limitations, failed posts, API outages, token expirations, revoked permissions, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
Enforcement
Cutform may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable public links, restrict exports, suspend publishing, disconnect integrations, limit workspace access, preserve evidence, report abuse, cooperate with authorities or platforms, suspend accounts, or terminate access.
